So first and foremost I just moved from the Miami area was looking for reliable mechanic and figure I would look for a mom and pop instead of going to a dealer first impression of the place looked great clean rest area free drinks and snacks bible verses everywhere I was like cool staff was nice . So I had a check engine light on my dodge ram 1500 had to pay 250$ for diagnostic if I went with them it was free I was like cool sounds good and honest I’m sitting waiting sitting and waiting for them to tell me I need new spark plugs and that there is 18 of them blah blah basically 1600$ after taxes said no thank you especially with them telling me that basically they couldn’t promise that would fix the issue why would recommend something if you don’t know?!

Bottom line gave in took it to doge they had to plug it in a computer and do a few soft ware updates and bye check engine light 💡 for 209.25

Just was really upset that a business that has bible verses and the whole family aspect . Still kinda in a way tried to finesse

I recently had some work done on an Older Pickup that needs a lot of TLC. This team was understanding of my current budget and worked with me to develop a plan for other items going forward. As a woman in an auto shop, it can be quite intimidating as well as pricey from places up charging due to lack of knowledge. I never felt that here, they walked me right into the shop to see the areas of concern and to explain the repairs needed visually. This level of transparency is more than I expected and I actually learned something out of it! On top of this great experience, they also gave me ride home, very thankful I didn’t have to wait at the shop all day during service. This experience was the luxury of mechanic services!

Special shout out to Gabe! He was kind and professional all the way through. There were two other very nice gentleman, unfortunately their names slipped my mind. One worked with me on pricing and helped me with payment at the end of the night - he too was kind and understanding, and very professional. The other gentleman picked me up at the end of the day, very professional and he made it a comfortable drive back to the shop!

We had a great experience with Gage and the technicians at A&G. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and prices are fair. They replaced the engine mounts in our Jeep Grand Cherokee and were fast and efficient. They do an evaluation of the vehicle while they’re working on it and found that one of my tires was in dire need of being replaced. We purchased a new tire, they installed it same day and didn’t even charge us for the installation. We will definitely be taking our vehicles to them for any services needed in the future. I’m sharing my experience to warn others about this company unethical practices they disclose upfront that there’s a $165 diagnostic fee which the wave if you proceed with the repairs after dropping off my vehicle I received a $4000 estimate three days later for a timing belt service kit, water pump tensioners idler gaskets a full synthetic oil change a cooling system flush and they hum assembly spindle kit They sent me an estimate via text link which I signed and approved after committing. I consulted a friend with 40 years of experience in the auto repair he owns a shop in a high cost Florida area so I asked him to quote me for the same services. His price was nearly half of what this company charged and he pointed out that they had doubled all the labor cost. I confronted the service manager about this, and he claimed they inflate labor charges as a precaution in case a job takes longer, but assured me I’d receive a credit if it didn’t, my friend confirmed that his pricing was standard for any customer and that this company pricing was blatantly unfair. Despite my concerns I move forward with repairs because the service manager threatened a 35% restocking fee on the parts if I backed out, my friend assured me this was not stand to practice. It was just a tactic to pressure customers into staying 10 days later they called to say my car was ready however instead of replacing the front hum assembly spindle kit as originally quoted they claim the wrong part have been sent back instead they replaced both front wheel speed sensors, and justify keeping the price the same by saying the labor cost even doubt Conveniently my final bill was $100 less than originally quote. Do yourself a favor always get a second opinion before agreeing to repairs with this company they’re 165 diagnostic fee is nothing compared to their outrageous $170 an hour labor rate I could’ve gone elsewhere and saved about $1500 for the same job.

We had my son's car towed there because it wasn't starting. They diagnosed & fixed the problem quickly. Communication was great, prices were good. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable auto repair shop! They also offer a military discount.
