They were at my home within an hour of my call, and their team was extremely professional throughout the entire process.
Not only did they address the issue promptly, but the attention to detail in their work was second to none. Every corner was thoroughly cleaned and restored, and they kept me informed every step of the way. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and care about their customers.

After having never flooded since 1970, our house got 4-5” of water inside during Hurricane Helene! We immediately called Brandon at Servpro, and not 36 hours later, they began remediating the damage.

The crew was efficient, clean, and courteous, and the work was done over about 4 days (including the dry out period).

How does this company have such high ratings?

I hired Servpro for a mold remediation job on behalf of my elderly father. Ian Hawe provided me an estimate and scope of work that he assured me would "fully remediate" and "fix the issue" throughout our home.

Now, a few days after alleged completion of the job, there's still loads of mold - on the walls, ceilings, edges - everywhere. The attached are "post-remediation" photos from Servpro's own report. It's pretty obvious: the mold issue is not fixed.

As of today, Ian has advised me that the only way that Servpro will re-inspect the job is if someone can show them the problem spots in-person. This was after I'd already communicated with him that my father suffers from dementia and needs to stay away from the apartment due to his asthma.

Surely, given how obvious it is from just the photos, an expert company should be able to find and fix the remaining issue without demanding that I fly to Florida to point at them?
