The pharmacy team at this store always goes above and beyond everytime I visit. I have a prescription for a weight loss medication and other pharmacies have made me feel not as important and irrelevant. This pharmacy’s staff always makes me feel as a priority and is so kind a knowledgeable. I have spoken to everyone from pharmacist down and everyone is always so caring and makes me feel so taken care of. I cannot express how much this has helped my journey. I was considering giving up my journey with weight loss medication bc of the way I was being made to feel at other pharmacies. This pharmacy has changed my entire outlook on my journey and I will never be able to thank them enough.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens that I have tried to fill a prescription at yet! There’s one woman there (I wish I got her name) that’s incredibly incompetent, rude, and likes to yell at customers. This issue has happened numerous times to one of my family members while I was in the phone with him, and I made it very clear that it better not happen again, and was told they will deal with her, yet nothing has changed. Every time I call I have an issue with her. Needless to say I’m going to find another pharmacy for my family member due to this woman’s attitude and lack of comprehension. Not to mention that I called Wednesday to have a prescription filled, went Friday and picked it up only to find out they filled the wrong one. So I call to have this fixed and now they do not have it! This also happens on a monthly basis. Take my advice and go to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever! Always an issue filling the simplest prescription. Staff is rude, incompetent, unknowledgeable and unprofessional.
Whom ever oversees pharmacy needs to be demoted if not replaced. I will be changing pharmacies asap, although I’m sure that will be a huge issue and ordeal for them and myself. 🤯🤔

Tried to call refill in advance of refill date. I still had to wait 5-7 days after refill date. Went through withdrawal pains each month. Very poor service. Don’t call the pharmacy you are wasting your time!

10/05/23 I don’t know if the Brooksville pharmacy reads these reviews, but I just wanted to let you know that an old woman that is complaining about the professionalism of the pharmacist is 100% in the wrong. I’ve been sitting in a waiting room listening to this woman make phone calls inquiring about her prescription. She’s had all the calls on speaker phone. The pharmacist she was talking to was very patient and professional while this older woman berated her and wouldn’t listen to any of her answers. She then hung up and called the store manager to complain about the pharmacist.

Please don’t use Walgreens application, they will steal your money. Today 8/27/2023 my daughter just bought online a medication called Emuaid for $31.99 which they only sell online. Walgreens store # 6540 located in 13053 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville ,fl took the money from her bank account /transaction was completed, no confirmation was sent to her and when she called and went to the pharmacy for answers with her bank transaction statement for proof .the manager just said there nothing in the system. The dint reimburse the money . In other words they wash their hands and my daughter end up paying twice for her medicine. They are simply shameless! I hope to get a response and management get trained.

Diana is always so helpful every time I come in. She even took the time to call me to let me know one of my prescriptions was going to be put back did I still want to pick it up. Thank you so much Diana because without your call I would have forgotten to pick it up. Thank you Walgreens for having her on your team.
