I love picking up preloaded trailers from here. They are usually ready early and loaded securely. Upon arrival, just walk inside the shipping office to the checking kiosk. Enter your T(9 digit number) and the rest of the prompted information. Check in at the window after you BOLs are signed and printed right beside the kiosk. Sign the clipboard, and they will tell you where to drop your empty trailer. Hook your loaded, and rock and roll. There is a TA not too far away to scale. (Just off of I-75) The TA has awesome brick oven style pizza. And $10 paid parking.

Hello, excellent place to load up, I arrived early for the appointment and they gave me the door immediately and in less than an hour I was leaving loaded, there is plenty of space to park at the dock, they have free water to take with you, the staff is friendly, when you You register they give you a door, when the light is green you return to the office for the papers and that's it, I'll be back, greetings friends.

Arrived about 4 hours early, checked in on kiosk, 50ish gentleman was very kind and got us a door right away. Loaded, checked out, bills in hand within an hour or so.

Opens for S/R at 6 am . Closes 6:30 pm. Drive past intercom during day hours , around back to rear docks stop at stop sign and walk to S/R office , bring your trailer # and Truck # .and a PU# Starting with a T88####### , 9 digit code after the T . Use kiosk computer to check in . "YOU WILL NOT GET CELL PHONE SIGNAL IN OFFICE " walk outside and wait for confirmation code tobe sent. Return to enter code. SIGN IN ON CLIPBOARD . shipping clark will assign dock door mostly dock 14 or 13 around other side . Pull red air line and wait for dock worker to come to your truck window and alert you when you can pull away from dock .

During the day, excellent people and very fast, but at night, poor treatment and they are never in the office and take a long time to charge and if you arrive after 12:00 PM, they do not charge you until the next day.

A+ all around. Easy to find, check in and great room to dock and or drop loads. Loads early and you get bills right after. Guy who checked me in was great. My favorite water plant so far!!

Easy inn. Easy out. Please pull around back to the stop sign walk into the shipping office. There's complimentary water in the cooler. I'm going to go and say there is overnight parking but be polite and be respectful to your surroundings
