I usually dread having construction workers here because I'm not familiar with their trade. I felt totally At ease at ease with Hopkins, AC company. They were very kind on time. Efficient explained everything and cleaned up everything. They were here when the inspector came right on time just as they said they would be and it was a painless and short procedure. My house is much more comfortable with their new AC units And I recommend them to anyone

Gaci and Sophia did an excellent job, they cleaned the AC pipes inside and outside the house which were clogged. They provided information about what to expect from the unit and what to do next in a clear way and with details. Very respectful and great customer service. I would recommend them for sure.

Technician showed up as scheduled. He was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. He explained everything he did in detail and served us with a smile. This is the best experience I have had with a service technician since I bought my first home 53 years ago.

Technician that came told me the HVAC unit he came to repair was 12 years old, at end of life and needed $3-$4000 of repair work, and that I would be better off buying a new unit. Ultimately got it fixed elsewhere for a little over $1,000. In looking at the unit the Hopkins tech pulled out wires from both the unit and the thermostat and then left without reconnecting them. Very unprofessional.

Hopkins did a great job replacing my complete AC system. Techs and installers were professional, helpful, efficient and all done in half a day. Cleaned up and was good to go. The office people were great with scheduling the work and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.
