Our rental house which is unoccupied had a flood. When we got there, the water was pouring out from under the sink, later found out a hose for the water filter broke.

A friend referred Rapid Restoration Recovery. Call them and within a 1/2 hour, Enrique, the supervisor was there and called his crew. Four guys then showed and started removing about 2" of water throughout the entire house. Then they removed all the baseboards. Finally they set up 20 fans and 3 dehumidifiers.

They come every day to check the moist in the walls.

Rapid Restoration Recovery has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning of our mold remediation process to the end. We had an AC unit leak in our attic, which caused thousands of dollars of damage. While another company we contacted told us they would not be able to begin removing damaged material for more than a week, Rapid Restoration had people at the house the very next day. Pamela did a great job coordinating the work and communicated with our insurance company throughout the process. We didn't have to do a thing!

Lucas and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job taking out the damaged drywall, carpet, etc. They screened off the rest of the house with plastic and did such a thorough job that we felt totally safe as the dehumidifiers and fans worked to remove the rest of the moisture. We were so pleased with the progress that we are now relying on them for the reconstruction. We can't say enough to recommend this company. It is our first experience with an insurance claim for water damage like this, but thanks to Rapid Restoration, it hasn't been the nightmare that we anticipated.

We are so grateful that we called Rapid Restoration when my moms house flooded from a faucet in the powder room. When we came into the house there was water everywhere. As we were squeegeeing water out the front door my mom called Rapid . They were there within 90 min on a Sunday afternoon with a very experienced team . They immediately began to address the water from carpets, baseboards and fixed furniture. The fans and dehumidifiers were in place within hours. They came every day for 5 days to test walls and areas that were soaked . The team was courteous and experienced. We are grateful that we called Rapid with Enrique Sablon’s team. I had seamless mold remediation process with this company. From the time I scheduled the consultation, to the end of the project, their professionalism was impeccable. David and the guys were also very respectful of our home and worked quietly (so important as I see patients online at home) and efficiently. Terrible experience. Took at look under the cabinet for about 10 seconds and said my Cabo eta would need to be pulled out. Then put me on the phone with someone who immediately told me that it wasn’t worth submitting a claim because our insurance would deny it . She said we would need to pay cash. No thanks, bye

Water removal can be very stressful, but the Rapid Restoration team did an amazing, professional job on my home this week. Enrique was the team lead and he made me feel very comfortable about the process and the areas that needed demolition and drying out. He answered all of my questions patiently and really cared.
