Having been new to home ownership, I was frantic and hesitant on trying to find an honest and reliable company to come service my home, right before Christmas much less. The morning after hurricane Helene, our AC unit was not cooling and we had company coming to stay. Ryals Brothers Heating & Cooling sent workers out within 2 hours. The compressor needed to be replaced. They picked up the part and fixed my AC unit by mid-afternoon in between other jobs. Thank you so much for all of your help.

We had our AC unit on top of our flat roof and it needed to be moved before getting a new roof. They moved it quickly and were super accommodating with my schedule. They also annually inspect our AC unit and I've never had anything but a good experience. Highly recommend!

*True story*
Ken (Ryals) came out to give an estimate to get us back up an running. Other companies told us we needed a new compressor which is the heart of the machine big $$ . Ken said no way all you need is a fan motor . Our unit was older and I didnt want to keep putting money into it so I asked for an estimate for complete new system along w new fresh duct work. Old duct work was from the 70s (We had little kids so we wanted new fresh air quality)he didnt charge to replace the new fan motor and said I will keep your family cool until we install the new system WOW who offers that?! Ryals is different than your regular AC repair services honest and top quality work. Protect your investment and let them annually service and clean it. I reccomend them to EVERYBODY!!

I can’t say enough about how much Ken and his team deserve recognition for what they did yesterday. On a Sunday night, Ken came out to our AC that wasn’t working at all. Come to find out, due to another company’s lack of care, we had a clog in our drain. Ken suctioned about 20 gallons of water out of our attic, which if he hadn’t, would have poured into my 1 year old daughter’s room. He explained what happened and why. He explained what repair was needed and promptly got us on the schedule for a repair. I have definitely found my lifetime AC company.
