The technicians are always polite and capable. The office staff are also friendly. We're on their maintenance plan which provides two cleanings per year. This is the first year that they contacted us to schedule the second maintenance visit. I hope that continues because past years the second visit was always forgotten but we weren't refunded anything. Of course I could have called them for the second visit, but I never remembered unless we had a problem with our ac! All in all a good company.

I needed a mini split ac unit i bought installed. Even though I didn’t buy unit from them they were more than happy to install it for me. I set an appointment for my day off (Wednesday) but got called into work on scheduled day. I called to reschedule and was asked my next day off. It was on a Sunday as we are closed on Sunday. They said it would be no problem to do it on Sunday. I hate to have someone work on Sunday but they sent a technician “Matt” out to east Lake Wales. He had the system up and running in a couple hours. They didn’t even charge me extra for a Sunday service call! Matt was very professional and polite. I highly recommend them.

I have received excellent service from Acu-Temp for many years.
Our family has lived in the same house for 40 years. Shortly after moving in, Acu-Temp installed a new unit. ln recent years the company installed our present unit, Requests for service over the years have been answered promptly and efficiently. My most recent request for service was taken care of first thing the next morning.
