Excellent service from start to finish! The customer service when I called stressed was so compassionate and really put me at ease. Not only were they able to send a technician out today, but he was able to come an hour earlier than originally anticipated. Angel was absolutely great!! He was able to diagnose and fix several issues that I had and give explanations that made sense. I felt extremely comfortable having him in and around my home, especially as he wasn't nervous around my dogs. He was very friendly, but very respectful. I am very impressed and grateful for this great experience and gladly signed a maintenance contract. Highly recommend for anyone in Bartow!

I could tell my A/c wasn't cooling right. I had used Citrus Air Conditioners before at my 87 year older Mother's house the previous year. The tech called her and said he would be after 5 but not to worry he would be there that day and there would not be an after hours charge. He got there and fixed her problem at a very reasonable price. They were very proffesional. Today I received the very same standard from Jeffrey Staskus at my own home. You can trust your Mom with these folks. I can't say enough. Top notch A#1!!

Your technician, Rick Haven, II, came to my home this morning for my A/C maintenance appointment. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and stayed on task. He did the repairs that I agreed to and answered all my questions and concerns. It was obvious he knows his job.

Met with 2 gents. Both highly professional! Danny Feliciano first showed up and showed me his expertise in HVAC. He was troubleshooting a 20+ year old Packaged Air Unit like if it’s the 20th one he seen today. I come from a background in electrical so I thought I could figure it out but no. Danny killed it. Then Rick Haven showed up to try and show me some more options. They were aware that I was low on funds and they sympathized. Even anttempted to give me budget friendly options. Unfortunately, I did not use their services, but I still felt the need to give them a great review due to their professionalism and expertise in the field.
