Literally 3 hours here for a simple device upgrade , was given the run around about price and upgrade eligibility. Then Carlie and jasmine were rude and yelled at me during my transaction , Carlie walked away from the desk and left me standing there leaving another service rep to have to restart the process in order to actually get assistance. 0/10 DO Not recommend and NO they did not accommodate in any way .

Maria assisted & did an excellent job. I watched as others rush to assist Caucasian customers & let the African Americans sit and wait while they were doing nothing! Maria assisted 2 customers at once to help. If you are Latin or Caucasian you get great service. DISGUSTING!

Didn't tell us about activation fee. Enrolled us in plan without any confirmation documentation. Then raised the fees on my bill to higher amount than discussed and written down in-store. Horrible experience and customer service phone says I have to make another appointment in person to try to get this corrected. Unethical. Bait and switch tactics.

After spending hours on the phone with customer service with no resolution. We went into the store at lakeside village. Louis Vasquez was the employee that took care of us. Which by the way. I made it clear I needed the most knowledgeable and very best at handling multiple issues. He said that's me. Within less than 30 mins he handled all of our issues. Which was moving addresses, canceling service, splitting off cell bills, adding additional services, changes names. A whole plethora of issues. We walked out of this store with nothing less than a huge smile. We was able to lower our bill more than $100 as well. Thanks to Louis v.

Usually they do a pretty good job but I went in to pick up equipment because we went from 500 megs to a gig and I was told I was supposed to get a modem and a cable box. Will I get there and he tells me no I don't need a modem because what I have works with my new package. And I'm like are you sure? And he insisted so I didn't get the box. I did get the cable box and it was supposed to be a DVR it wasn't, no big deal I don't really use it anyways. I get home call to activate everything days later when I have some time and I get the cable box working and then my internet stops working. Come to find out after going back and forth the modem I have does not support the package that I was upgraded to. So now we have to put everything back so I can at least have internet in my box stops working. I had to have a tech out to fix the cable modem and got my new one gig up and running but totally forgot about the cable box and had to call somebody else out which in turn put another box on and had trouble with that neither boxes were working he went through all the cable and replaced stuff and switching boxes back and forth somehow it finally started working but it blinks once in awhile. This is the first time I've ever had such a hard time getting my service upgraded. It all could have been avoided had the clerk at the store knowing that I didn't have the right box.

Terrible service. Internet is randomly shutting down daily. Let alone in the middle of very important tasks/work. Unacceptable. At this point T-Mobile has been more reliable. Considering changing services yet again because why does it shut down daily.

The associates are super helpful and friendly. They all greet you as you walk in. All my questions were answered. It also smells amaaazing in there!
