Had our system installed about a year ago. No issues with it. The soap product that are designed for the system specifically are not great. Also we were told if we are selling our home they would move the system to our new house. Well we have been trying for over 2 weeks now to get ahold of them and the emails can’t be delivered and all calls go straight to voicemail and we have not received any calls back. We have to be out of our house in three weeks.

Don’t do it!! They have great, friendly sales people and you really think you’re getting a good deal. The system is ok… our water taste good but still a ton of hard water stains on our remodeled bathroom. Extremely over priced. I would definitely recommend to get a saltless system. This system requires salt and it is a huge pain. The soap and cleaners they give you are AWFUL, so those don’t even make it worth it. When we move to our next house, I’m honestly going to leave this system as it’s not even worth paying this company to reinstall it at a new home. I’ll go to Lowe’s and get a cheaper, saltless system.

I don't understand why we didn't received any communication providing the required and needed information to contact for any follow up or maintenance towards a system that was financed and completely paid to them. I really hope they are just in a transition and that any warranty may not be affected for this unacceptable lack of communication and service from your company. All of your clients deserves to know what is going on. Phone numbers provided are out of service and emails are undeliverable s. What is the accurate contact information, please update your webpage.!

Ok, so we got our system installed last week and I gotta say we couldn't be happier! The salesman was awesome and not pushy at all. The installers went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the install. I wanted the unit in a shed on the side of my house and the guys stayed from 1:45 until 9:30 at night to make sure it was done. They could have taken the easy way and said it wasn't possible but they killed it. Even after my 2 1/2 year old went to bed they were super respectful and did their best to keep the noise to a minimum. She didnt wake up once. They dug a trench all the way around my house and put all the landscaping back so you wouldn't have even known they were there. I initially got the system because my wife wanted it but I fell in love with it. The water tastes better than any Bottled water you can find and you can tell a huge difference when showering or doing laundry. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

They were coming yearly for servicing. They didn't come this year and I was trying to get ahold of them because the water company disconnected the filtration thing, but they're now closed? Whom do I contact for the lifetime stuff?

VER has been wonderful so far. Their salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. Everyone I've interacted with so far has been very polite and pleasant. The day after I decided to purchase the system, it was installed. The installation team was also very knowledgeable, quick and pleasant. I've had the system on for about 3 hours and my water is already completely different and so tasty!

I was probably an easy sale for them since I wanted a system anyway. I had high hopes for the system, and it has met those hopes.

About the 3rd time you wash your hands or hair after the install, you really see the difference. Such smooth skin and hair now. Definitely made a difference in washing clothes as well. Those are the most immediate benefits. Longer term it should be much easier on the plumbing and save cleaning time.

After the sale, they install fast. I could have had mine the same day if I wanted. They come back and check on the system after a few days to make sure it is working properly. It's somewhat a shame that you just get used to the better water after a while. Then you go to someone else's house and it reminds you all over again how nice the system works compared to a house without it.

I am giving them a 2 star review, only because I should have known better. Should have done my research so I will take credit for my own ignorance. We had a door to door salesman come to our home. We assumed it was the same company a family member used and went with the program. They were very fast talking and we signed up right away knowing that Marana has poor water quality. It made sense to have the filtered water through the whole house for the cost of Sparkletts delivery service that we paid for. They installed the system the same day we signed up. We though awesome alright. The following week we thought we saw a slight change in water quality and were told that it would take several days for the system to flush out the water and start working. As it turns out it was just mental thinking at that point. When they came a week later to check the system, it had been bi-passed the whole time and was not working at all. We could taste the difference only because of the separate filtration system that was installed under the sink. I thought it odd that there was very high pressure to do a review right away, in fact they wanted the review to be done the day the system was installed. I decided to wait. So fast forward a month. First off, during the "application process" we were not informed they were going to shotgun our application out. Our credit dropped 32 points from that and then an additional 5 for the new account being opened. The soap that was "free" they provided, some is alright, the dishwasher soap sucks and so does the laundry soap. I got a letter the loan has already been sold to another company before my first bill is received and payment is even due. Not unusual but once again, alright fine. As I am looking at the first bill I notice a very upsetting discovery. If you take the 8 years to pay the system off it will cost you $8,753. If you get it paid off in 3 years you pay $6,984. That is a HUGE difference from the original quote of $5,990. The water system is good but not at the high cost in which it is being sold for after the thousands of dollar mark up in the back end.
