Came out on time as scheduled...did an excellent thoroughly. Not afraid to work hard at giving the customer what they need to make confident decisions. In this case a vacant lake property. There is alot to it when it come to soil testing where there is water and different types of soil, elevations, possible muck, and perc testing. Thankyou Sandra and Adrian

Wow!
I am still impressed on the speed Oasis Evaluation has they're fast and professional, Sandra is so sweet and knowledgeable about what the county needs, that i was able to develop my lot in less than a month. Adrian accommodated me quick and was able to calm me down because i had no idea what a septic was but he handled my nervous breakdown like a champ! Highly Recommend their service i just signed and delivered the documents! This is a real hidden gem!

I was hesitant to contact them but good thing i did, i was so lost after buying a lot and had no clue where to start or even what i bought. Adrian, guided me every step of the way from getting me in contact with local surveyors, to developers that where responsible, hell, he even found me a contractor that built my fence. I'm calling them next time. My driveway documents and soil test where ready in less than a week. The price is very comfortable for the speed and quality, unless you want to keep calling the list the health department hands out, one of them quoted me 400 for two weeks in advance. Don't wait call them!

When you don’t know what to expect much less understand the lingo that the state and county officials are asking of you it can be quite daunting. I was like a deer caught in the headlights. The DEP office told me I needed a perk test before I could get a septic tank permit. I’m standing there with a lost look on my face. I told them I didn’t know what that was and they handed me a piece of paper with several names on it to call for a perk test. I started at the top and bingo I hit pay dirt. The young lady in the office told me how much it cost, and bam I was given an appointment for when they would come out to do the test. By the way they are very reasonable. The young lady that came out was so knowledgeable, professional, informative, and quick. She guided me through it all and I was able to get my permit. I am so glad I got them because they care about us “the lost” and that shows in their work. Thank you so much for all your help. You are an awesome team and I am so grateful for all your help.
