I appreciate the drivers and the assistants for waste connections and bulk pick up! In the split seconds of contact, because they remain focused and safe, they are kind and courteous. They don't leave a mess behind even if the resident puts one out! Thank you for a job nicely done!😁

So after the hurricane they pick up the cans but not the trash next to the can? 3 small bags? Could have honked the horn and I could have done it. But why you pick up everyone else’s small bags…. I try to make it easy for them and even offer water and drinks along with help every time I think it’s a heavy item. Could have just asked for help or honked the horn for the 3 less than 2 pound bags… now I have to clean all the mess up from the animals that ripped the bags up and it’s flying in the neighbors yard having causing them to help clean up and they older in there 70s back hurting. I have up most respect for waste management me coming from a waste management background.

This company will pick up big old couches or mattresses, but if you leave a few limbs on the ground that are not gift wrapped, they will not pick them up. Ridiculous.

I have to say this company has improved recently. I used to struggle to get our dumpster picked up on a regular schedule. But past few years they have improved operations, service & overall customer satisfaction without raising costs. Thank you.
