The whole team has been amazing. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a new pool owner and all my questions are answered quickly. My pool looks wonderful! I love all the pictures I receive through my email weekly of the before and after. Highly recommended!

We have DJ Pool's seevices for years. We found DJ pool from ourself from day 1, it was not referred by anyone. Recently, our tenants complaining that Ronnie sent different guys to services, getting worst on each time their services. Water turned green, pH was not right. Few months ago, the DJ cleaner said he needed to re-pipes our waterpipe pool system for the way they wanted. Then we got a meeting with our realtor and tenant at the unit, realized the solar was cut. Tenant stated that she had solar pipes and while they living there less than 2 years. As landlord, we NEVER give permission that they cut our solar pipes. Then the tenants complaint, they have solar before and now the solar pipe cut out without permission. We asked Ronnie to return our calls, he refused to call back. We emailed him, he replied to give last service end of March on his email. But, he never to come nor services on the week end of March. We paid full month service on March, none of their people show at last. They did mistakes on their jobs and made charges on their mistakes. Ronnie ignored us right away when we found out what happened and wanted his explanation. He shut off the door right a way. This is so sad with my experience that for his unprofessional and disrespectful and not responsible the business on DJ Pool. Attached is pool's bottom picture recently took by our tenant. We have lived in Sebring almost 7 years and have hired multiple pool services. FINALLY we found DJ'S !! Ronnie, the owner is very professional and courteous, he takes time to listen about your needs. Carlos, the gentleman who services the pool, is also professional and courteous! The pool looks better than it has ever looked since we lived here!! The picture below was taken today, Dec. 5th. Almost a week after service, and the pool still looks amazing!! On another topic, DJ'S also installed our new pool heater, upon his recommendations of size and type, we are very satisfied with the product and performance. You can't find a more dependable, knowledgeable and caring company!! Definitely worth 5 stars!!

Their lack of communication and customer service is beyond terrible. If they have an issue with your pool they don't tell you, they just stop coming until your pool turns green and then you have to call back to back and no one EVER answers the phone or calls back. So you have no idea what is going on. When I email them, no one EVER responds to the email. Ive sent 7 emails over the years and I think they responded one time. Dealing with them is like talking to a wall. Then after disappearing, they just randomly decide to come back. And worst of all is they kept the money for the month they disappeared! Then after 7 years of being a faithful client, paying timely every month, and dealing patiently with their inability to communicate properly, they just randomly quit. If you have an issue with your clients COMMUNICATE THE PROBLEM. But they don't, they just quit and the reason is so they can keep your money for the last month because you won't notice they quit coming until the pool is green. I don't care that they quit, I get it, I have five kids, maybe my job is too difficult but at least have an ounce of respect for your customers and treat them the way you want to be treated.

It is truly hard to find a Pool Service that will take the time to talk with you, explain procedures, and give you reports on a weekly basis here in Sebring. Dj’s owner, Ronnie, and Christian who maintains my pool weekly, showed up on the first day, we went over all of the details of my pool, salt generator, pump and sand filter. I was very happy when Ronnie welcomed me to take pool water samples to our local Pinch A Penny at any time for comparison. We all know that pinch A Penny isn’t always 100% correct but I tell you, I took in my pool sample today and I was told that my pool water is near perfect! Add a little stabilizer and it is perfect and it looks like it’s perfect! My pool looks beautiful and extremely inviting! Their price is fair and reasonable for the quality of work ❤️ I would recommend Dj’s to anyone that wants their pool to be taken care of properly!
I also noticed bad reviews on here from people that have never used their service, how rude! I’ve had plenty of Pool Service people in the past 10 years to know who cheats, who is lazy, and who will actually put in the work! And TALK with you and LISTEN! That means the world to me! Especially when my pool is a therapy pool and much needed for physical therapy! I can’t say enough good things about Ronnie and Christian at Dj’s Pool Service, they are extremely helpful! And I truly appreciate them! Sebring needs more businesses like theirs! Thank you Ronnie! ❤️🙏🌟Stay Blessed 😊

We just bought a house a couple of months ago in Sebring and had issues in our pool with terrible algae. The DJ's team came out right away and got our pool back to blue in no time! The staff was super kind, helpful, and detail oriented. We signed a year contract with them right away! Best pool service in the area!

We had not moved down yet. They apparently left the hose running in the pool for an entire week. The records from the water company show it being turned on and then off a week later on the day they came. He lied and said our neighbors must be steaking water. He was fired.
