Bad costumer service. Telephone reps hang up in your face when you are asking questions trying to get an understanding. I have been trying to get an answer for the hold deposit that disappeared. Now I am being charged a second deposit hold but the first hold was never released which now is overdrawing my account and causing all kinds of financial inconveniences. Everyone I have talked to from telephone costumer service doesn’t speak clear English and when you start explaining your issue they get disrespectful and hang up in your face. There is no one from corporate that I can talk to who can help resolve this issue. Everyone at the top is still hiding behind Covid protocols making it difficult to speak to anyone who can actually help. Meanwhile my account is steady incurring penalties and fees making it difficult for me to fulfill my other financial obligations like rent and bills. You have to submit a complaint online as if we are still in Covid protocols, and you have to hope someone gets back in contact before things gets worse in your personal life. But when you submit the second ticket online the response ignores your whole complaint and justifies the reason for the mishap. Meanwhile my Money has disappeared and I can’t get a proper answer.

They play to much with the rates online.frustrating!!! If you check for different dates and cars on different days rates go up.i had to book through 3rd party further out from where I live just to get same rate I had initially checked near my house 🤬
