I recently discovered mold in my carpets and didn't know what to do. Being a new mom, I was concerned about the air quality around my baby. Rob came to our home for environment testing and immediately calmed my nerves. Thanks to RJF's prompt response and attention to detail, my family avoided a mold problem. After a flood occurred in our home the insurance company delivered fans, etc. to dry a saturated ceiling but then inexplicably pulled them too soon. RJF immediately came out and detected additional moisture with an infrared gun and advised that the ceiling needed to opened to dry properly. Six month later we had another flood due to a contractors mistake and our first call was to RJF. They showed up immediately with equipment to dry the impacted areas.
Great service and customer care. That's how they roll!

It was a pleasure working with RJF. Rob came the same day I called after seeing water under my stairs. Rob was able to discover where it was coming from and as soon as we removed the baseboard we noticed discoloration and what looked like mold. He was able to test the mold and within 24hours we had our results. Rob put all my fears to rest and answered all my questions. He was so efficient, friendly and genuinely concerned. I appreciate that he even followed up to make sure everything went well. I would certainly recommend RJF!

We had an issue with a flood, we contacted "RJF" after calling multiple restoration companies, that deal with mold, all the other companies we left messages and they actually never called back. RJF answered the phone right away, with a few hours they were at my front door.
They are professionals, extremely accommodating, and explained everything they needed to do to take care of our issues. They brought blowers, ozone machines, and even took mold samples from multiple locations. They have this camera that they showed us the mold inside our walls. There pricing was very fare, and they stated that my insurance company will reimburse my expanses. I would highly recommend them for all your flood, and mold issues. Family owned.
