Hi Emera,

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Rick at the concierge front desk. Since I moved in, he has been nothing but amazing—always a friendly face and willing to help with whatever residents need.

I truly hope he wins Concierge of the Year because he deserves it!

Lavie was super nice and patient and showed us all the available apartments we wanted to see before deciding. I never felt hurried! She then helped us through the application process and even served us a glass of wine when we got approved!
While there, I was carefully watching the interactions between current residents and the leasing office staff, as that’s the Aquiles tendon of most of these type of complexes, and everyone we came across was happy and quickly helped when they approached the leasing office.
Well, we decided to rent here and I’m sure we made the correct decision! Thank you Lavie for your help!
Update after a month living here at Emera: If you're thinking about leasing here, just do it, you wont regret it! 🙂

Shout out to Rick & Lyra!! They both are genuinely nice/ good people. They both work the front desk & handle all the packages and are both always friendly, helpful, and smiling. They make my experience living here much more enjoyable. They go above and beyond what is expected of their work duties because they are just good people! My resident experience so far has been excellent.

The move-in process yesterday was smooth, harmonious, and stress-free. Having an elevator reserved exclusively for us made the process much easier, and that level of attention to detail was invaluable. Additionally, Lavie’s support was outstanding. Her dedication and effort to communicate in Spanish truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for that.

I have no doubt that Emera Port Royale is better than even a 5-star hotel. Here, you not only enjoy luxury and comfort but also the feeling of being in a true home. I am very excited about this new chapter and being part of this wonderful community.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here, it’s like being on vacation every day! The views, the atmosphere, and the staff have been amazing. They host great events for the residents, and the food trucks are so convenient when I don’t feel like cooking! The security of living in a gated community was a must for me, and I knew the first time I drove through the gates that this was where I wanted to live. It is paradise!

Emera Port Royale feels like your living on a vacation Resort. Don't listen to the whining people.
We moved from cold Massachusetts to warm Florida back in July and we want a place that were beautiful and safe at the same time. And we got that at Emera.
The new management team have gone above and beyond fixing all the issues the community had before and repeatedly mentioned on reviews. There's monitored gates, where guests cannot enter without authorization from tennants. There's also security guards, cameras and you won't be able to open any door or use any of the elevators without a FOB.
The grounds and landscape are stunning. You will see a landscape crew on site weekly. The amenities are better than most hotels. Gigantic pool with sun chairs, umbrellas and cabanas. Full size two floors gym, Sunroof with water fountains and stunning views, free espresso coffee machine in the lobby, Food trucks at least twice a week, and so many other things that makes this place feel like your on a never ending vacation.
It's quiet, close to everything (and I really mean EVERYTHING) and just 8 min from the beach.
The water views are the best. I love watching the boats passing by all day long.
Yes, the price may be a little higher than average but you get for what you pay. For us, it's worth every single dollar.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! I had a TERRIBLE experience living here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. To start, my upstairs neighbor constantly screamed and cursed throughout the night, disturbing my sleep and leaving me feeling anxious and tired for work the next morning. Management did NOT help at all after I complained about this issue. He would also dump dog water from his balcony onto mine, leaving a strong, unpleasant odor of wet dog. It was unbearable.

On top of that, when I decided to terminate my lease early (and I was fully prepared to pay the termination fee), the management didn't handle things properly. Instead of contacting me to settle the remaining balance, they sent it straight to a debt collector, which drastically impacted my credit score. My score dropped, and they never gave me a courtesy call or even an email reminder before taking that extreme step.

The lack of communication and poor management made an already difficult situation worse. I expected better and was deeply disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

Emera is an amazing community, apartments on the first floor have 15 feet highly ceilings and it makes them look and feel nice and elegant 🙂 .
Since day one Shawn has been very helpful and professional, him Lavie and Abigail in the leasing office make sure they any issues or suggestions get solve with in hours. Lira and Rick (concierge) always greet you with a smile and treat you like family. Luis and Carlos in maintenance are very knowledgeable, do their jobs well and leave your place as clean as the found it , I also love that they always say hi to my dog by name and always come to pet her .
Emera is a great community with beautiful people and amazing views .
