Worst service ever!!! You can not talk to a live person. My bill was $48 dollars higher this month, and everyone else in my building was much lower. Half the month, I wasn't even home. I want answers, but looks like they have the monopoly, and there is nothing else to do but pay the bill. Terrible service and they could care less about their customers. Another example of corporate GREED!!!

Wish the state of FL would do more to protect its citizens from the predatory practices of FPL. It’s no surprise their most popular rating is a 1 star review. The company is run by crooks that make up all these arbitrary fees to squeeze every dollar they can out of you. Ways to pay are always limited and changing for seemingly no reason. FPL makes it impossible to pay online or by phone most days and no agents pick up the phone so they force you into a late fee situation whenever they want. Congratulations FPL on being the most hated power company in the state of Florida, you earned it.

Absolute GARBAGE customer service. FPL subcontracted Pike engineering who then subcontracted Southern Engineering and Construction to do underground fiberoptic work on the easement outside my property. Without any previous notice, or authorization to be on my property, they took it upon themselves to work on my property instead of the easement and block my business entrance for hours over 3 separate days. They not only blocked my business from operation, customers, deliveries, and ingress/egress, but they also did damage to the property.

I had spoken to Jennifer at this service center and claimed she would have it addressed and now it has been 2 months and I am being blown off. Nobody returns phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Maybe they will respond to a lawsuit.

No power for 2 days because FPL keeps scheduling repairs for the middle of the night then pushes it back because it’s “too dark to work safely” Liars, just say you don’t want to fix it because you’re cheap lazy crooks.
