Finding out you have a roof issue is never fun. We were given Aastro’s number and are so grateful for that. We have had to have them out for three different, unrelated issues and each an every time we have be very happy with the work. Darrin has always been our first contact. He has always shown us what he sees as root causes, always presents us with all of our options. Nicole in the office has always been pleasant and knowledgeable with administration questions. Today Frankie and Jeremiah came out to sort our current situation and once again we are very pleased with the work completed. Our neighbors will come home from work and they won’t even know they were here because they kept the area tidy and left nothing behind.

I‘ve called Aastro out twice for roof repairs and each time I was wowed by their professionalism, and attention to detail. I must add that this company does not place profits over customer service, and that is rare these days. Recently, I had a simple tile repair and instead of marking the job up by sending a crew out, the company Forman quickly made the repairs himself at no cost! Who does that!! So when it’s time to replace my roof, who do ya think I’m calling?!!!
