Loud music is blaring all day by the pool on the weekend - frequently until after dark.
Many loud parties until early in morning on the weekend. I regret living here. The only redeeming factors are that the people that work in the leasing office and the guy who does maintaining of the building are kind and prompt. Unfortunately there is a major culture issue with a large percentage of the population that lives here where they don't seem to care terribly about bothering the people around them.
I would strongly recommend against signing a lease here.

In recent months, I have noticed a significant increase in disorder in the condominium where I have lived for almost a year. During the weekends, the environment has become increasingly chaotic, especially in the pool area. Some residents have been bringing down large speakers, grills, air fryers, and other equipment, disrupting the peace of those who do not wish to participate in this commotion.

This situation has become recurring, extending until 11:00 PM or midnight, to the point where the sound can be heard inside the apartments. Personally, I avoid using the pool area during these times because I don't feel comfortable being in the midst of such disorder.

Although this issue has persisted for a considerable period, the condominium management has yet to take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.

This complex is really great! Quiet, safe and comfortable. I love living here. The wonderful office team has been so kind, helpful, accommodating and Amazing! Maintenance is great and available fast if you need anything. Parking is great and easy. Resort living for sure! What a true blessing this place has been! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Lived there for 2 years the staff has always been helpful in addressing an issues I had. A very good community of fun and unity.
