Very helpful and honest. Sundew Solar replaced a control board for my rooftop solar system and had it operating again quickly. Very professional and polite. If you find yourself in my position where the original installers are no longer in business and warranty no longer honored, Sundew solar is who you should call.

Arin was a ROCKSTAR! I purchased a home in August that had a solar panel system. I didn't know anything about solar at the time and was indifferent to having panels, honestly. Of course, I had an issue with my system 3 months later. My original installer (lumio) has apparently gone out of business, so I was feeling pretty lost. I made ONE phone call to Sundew. Arin called me back within an hour, set an apt, SHOWED UP 15 minutes early, completed the service, and took payment.... ALL FROM ONE PHONE CALL. I feel like "post covid" customer service is lacking at best, but these guys are definitely the exception. They 100% have my future solar and roofing business, and I've already been referring friends and family! We need more Sundews in this market!

Wanted a local solar company to do my install. After talking to multiple companies I selected sundew solar. The biggest deciding factor is they are owned by a structural engineer company. They were very helpful explaining each step, keeping me informed throughout the process, and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Aric was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. You can tell that he is passionate about solar energy and fulfilling your needs. Aric was always available when questions arose before and after install and was always quick to respond. When we had an issue with some landscaping that was damaged during installation he was more than happy to fix it to our standards. Since installation Aric has helped us add an additional battery and we will be working with him again in the future. If you are looking into solar SUNDEW SOLAR is the place to go. Impressive fast and perfect installation in one day. I had a better estimate and priced with this small local business because I called them to compare with other big solar company, also the representative showed me the best way to pay my loan with the lowest APR. I'm just waiting for the Energy inspector to approve the installation and setting my power meter and its done. Grate job.

Sundew Solar was very professional and did what they said they would do. They are not your typical door to door salesman. In fact they pride themselves on providing quality local service without the pushy sales approach. Their install crew are cetified roofers which was very professional. I would definitely recommed these guys.
