We got a solar heating system installed for our pool a while back and absolutely adore it. Leonard is a pleasant gentleman who doesn't push you to purchase anything you're not interested in. He pays attention to the customer's desires and has a wealth of knowledge about the solar products on offer. We appreciate that they're a local business and all their products are locally manufactured. Roger and Theodore did a fantastic job with the installation, even considering the downpour over the weekend it was installed. After the job was completed, they took the time to explain how to operate it and set it to my preferences, and I haven't had to adjust it since. Give them a ring, their prices are great and they complete the work promptly. You won't regret it. We're incredibly satisfied with their services and their product.

Update: Due to another client's cancellation, the team was able to expedite our solar installation. We signed the project contract and were initially given an extended timeline, but they managed to adjust and install two weeks earlier than this revised schedule. Although this was still later than our original expectation, we appreciated their efforts to improve the situation. Our original installation week was moved, and then adjusted again, which extended the process by two weeks. However, we felt their team did everything in their power to resolve this. The manager offered a discount and took the time to address the situation. Our sales representative, Theodore, also made an effort to make things right, and the project manager, Jorge, kept us informed and addressed all issues once he was aware of them. The team's customer support and post-sale efforts were truly outstanding and deserve a 10/10 rating. We were initially informed of a weekend installation for an additional fee, but it turns out they didn't offer this. We signed the contract to get on the waiting list and were told the installation could be done within two weeks. However, the actual wait time was closer to six weeks. They also offered finance options, which could use some improvement. Despite these minor hiccups, we are pleased with the team's efforts to resolve issues and their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a result, we have upgraded our rating to four stars.

Despite our house being a challenging project due to its multiple levels and lack of flat ground for ladder placement, they prioritized safety and improvised accordingly. They also thoughtfully positioned the inverters out of sight, even if it required additional effort on their part. They also handled the bureaucratic processes smoothly, securing the necessary city permits. An inspector from the city was out to check their work the day after completion. Their pricing was the most competitive we could find, making them an excellent choice for anyone considering a switch to solar power. I can't recommend them enough for their exceptional services.
