Artie Cox was recommended to us by a friend after attempting to find a home on our own. Actually, we were only testing the market to see how it faired. After Artie knew what we were looking for, approximately 2 weeks later we were making an offer.

We purchased a new build which was associated with some problematic concerns. Artie stood by us and assured that everything was taken care of as if he was purchasing the home for himself. He constantly checked on us to ensure that we were satisfied before the finalization.

At the closing Artie was there still representing us making sure all of the final papers were in tact. Weeks after the closing Artie continued to check on us and ensure we had a pleasant experience.
