Everything about this EV charger install was great. They handled the permitting and kept me informed, and when the install day came Marco and showed up promptly at 8 am and got right to work. They were both professional, courteous and were considerate of our house and stuff. They did a great job installing the equipment and set everything up for us. And they cleaned up and left the garage better than they found it. 5 stars for sure!! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Sunlight Solar to install my EV charger. I used Qmerit via Rivian recommendation and Sunlight accepted the job. Alinne, our project manager, was really good with communication and follow up throughout.
Install went perfect (Allan and Lucas), however, my Rivian wall charger got the red light of death after only 4 uses. I reached out to Sunlight who sent out a team to assess the next business day. I had to take the kids to school and these guys made sure to wait until I got back to explain next steps (Rafael and Adonai). It ended up being a failure with the Rivian unit and nothing to do with the install.
I had to jump through some hoops with Rivian and Qmerit but it all ended up being resolved with Sunlight coming back out to do the reinstallation (Gill and Marco). Have not had any issues since.
Overall, really solid company and have full confidence in them. Thank you!

I did my roof recently with Sunlight Roofing and couldn’t be happier with their work. Install was perfect and very fast. All steps were carefully explained to me and and the whole process was completed very quickly. Recommend their work 100%

I requested a warranty repair on a recent repair that Sunlight had performed. In our conversation, we agreed it was a warranty repair after they reviewed the pictures and notes of the work they had performed. After the repair, they wanted to charge me for the repair using the weather as a reason the repair was required. My issue is, that only the repair performed failed so if it was installed properly it would not have failed like the rest of the panel that was not repaired.

They immediately stated if I would not pay they would do a lean on my property. At this point in the conversation, they made no effort to discuss and work through my concerns.

I had a horrible experience with this company. To get the business their inspector documented that my roof was in good condition to install the panels. Shortly after they install my insurance company reached out to me saying I needed to replace my roof because it was time to change. I previously explained to the Sunlight Solar my concerns about my roof but I trusted their ethic and went ahead and installed. The sales person had also told me that out of curiosity they did a one time removal for roof repair which ended up not being the case. They charged me $2,500 to remove and $2,500 more to reinstall. Since they wouldn’t work with me I agreed to this. However, after removing they told me that I had to pay $2,700 more for new brackets because they will not be able to use the ones they took out. They left the brackets in my backyard. Besides all that, I was paying $100 extra to my utility company so they didn’t give me enough panels to cover my electricit, and I have about 17 panels. I will NEVER recommend this company.

Made an appointment for a solar panel repair with my solar company Sun light solar. Their crew arrived promptly as usual on the date and time agreed upon. The workers again were very professional and completed in timely manner. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this company for all you solar needs. Great job guys.

I was very excited to get my EV Charger installed, Allen and Marcos were very professional. They made sure everything was working before they left. Also a plus they cleaned up after themselves which I loved. All in all it was a great experience.

Recently contracted this company to do a hot water solar panel relocation and replacement from my main roof to the garage roof along with panel cleaning of my 28 solar panels.
The cleaning of the panels was not done properly and I called the company to voice my dissatisfaction and for them to correct the issue.
To be honest they seem professional but there is absolutely no customer service and ethically they are money hungry. Wanting to double charge me for a service call just in case my panels are not 100% cleanable. “Tough stains so they say. “
You can visibly see the film of dirt on the panels and easily can be cleaned if they took pride in their work and if they had a sense of integrity which this company lacks.
I personally will not be doing any sort of business with them and strongly recommend that you do your do diligence if you unfortunately hire them.
