They refuse to help with absolutely anything. Their lack of ability/ accountability is mind boggling. Wasted roughly 8hrs just trying to get a hold of anyone. Had to give up because the rep I did have quit working here (can’t blame him. Them refusing to be helpful is just a glimpse into how poorly they run this organization.)

Will not answer the phone don’t even bother. I just left a message and am hoping they’ll get back to me. This culture where everything has to be done online and you can’t talk to another human anymore is why our country is going to hell.

They are the worst people guys don't waist your time filling for reasonable accommodation just report to the attorney jeneral or HUD so they can give them a little push they are running that program and abuse of authority denying every special needs accommodation makes me sick to the stomach anymore people want to file class action lawsuit that is going through this lets get together🙃

I used this location twice during 2010 and in 2014. Help some refugee families under my charge get birth certificates for their new babies that were born in Colorado. The place was busy as heck and the room for conducting business was cramped to say the least. But, we did get what we came for tho just not a pleasant experience in the end. The staff were pleasant and understanding tho hence the 4 stars.

They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE called several times to be hung up on. Completely unprofessional. Also they do not specify you need an appointment on the phone or online. Making people like me waste money to come out to their offices and waste their time. Worst experience ever. People need to do their job for vital records on the website and on the phone. Worthless. Absolutely.
