Colwill Van driver is driving dangerously (not safe). While turning right on a foggy Friday (2/7/2025) morning at 4:20am from 71st ave to 49th street at Pinellas Park I didn’t notice the van with lights turned off driving north on 49th street (i only noticed it on my left side window when it was really near me. It could have crashed into my car if I turned a little bit late.
