Bill is a one-man show. He charged me $500 to simply use a meter to check out water damage on some walls and ceilings. Then he took two weeks to send me a the lamest report ever. He didn’t even put a current picture of the building on the report. It was all boiler plate information with almost 0 input from assessment. When I provided him feedback, Honestly, he responded like a child. He said he would improve the report, but then he kicked the can down the road. I patiently followed up and he said he would have it done by “Friday … But then didn’t. Chronic procrastination and under performance. And when I pointed out what my experience was, he couldn’t have responded in a less mature way! I’ll give you he’s a friendly guy And he’s happy to chew up billable hours while he socializes with you on site. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
