I have no comparative basis for the three stars other than to say they seem to have done a good job. Signed up years ago when an ex-girlfriend's uncle had the account I wanted him to get credit for the sale. Then some time back the Uncle died and the account was reassigned to another rep who asked me to write a review so here it is. Be careful what you ask for, as they say, but 3 stars ain't bad and I do know the company has been around for at least 15 years, so there's that
