I called to make a complaint on a driver of one of their vans. He had to be doing at least 100 miles an hour and almost ended me and then smiles and laughs after he did it. He didn’t proceeds to pass people in the emergency lane. I called to make a complaint, and the lady answered the phone. All she does is laugh at me. I would never recommend this company just because of the way they handle situations like this. Very poorly.

Came to our office to fix a fax line, and came unprepared because they did not have a small piece of a switch or so, they said they needed to come the next day. Came next day and fixed it in one hour. Why do you need an hour to fix a fax line is beside the point. They charged being here 3 hours and said they were here more than 3 hours, and they were doing me a favor. When I looked at cameras they were inside exactly 2 hours and 7 minutes. Next they say they charge for travel. What? This company is definitely try to rip off clients especially if they are businesses. It is a matter of principle not of money. Stay away from them unless you don't mind this kind of behavior.

1000000 Star Rating!! Nichole was my first point of contact. Aside from being professional, welcoming, sweet and friendly, she was VERY knowledgeable, helpful and resolution focused! Based on my issues, she assigned Merv to come out to assist me. Merv was right in time, extremely professional and very friendly. He reviewed my concerns with me and got right to work. Merv not only worked cleanly, his years of experience showed through worked through everything like a modern day MacGyver!! I lived town so much I’ve already scheduled another appointment for additional work !
