My wife and I had Florida Energy Water and Air install a full system in our home.
Jeremy Fox was our sales rep.

The summer after installation our reverse osmosis system leaked. After calling service, it was discovered to be due to faulty equipment. This was identified on 11/6/24.

We experienced water and mold damage in our kitchen as a result of this leak.

We called multiple times and eventually spoke with Melissa Rivera who instructed me to submit in writing - photos and timelines - which I did. I also was asked to copy Jean Amaro. These emails were send on 11/25/24 and I was told I would be hearing from someone shortly.

With no communication I again reached out in writing on 12/10/25, and to this date have not heard any reply.

This company appears to NOT stand behind the warranty of its products and at this time I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Our kitchen was damaged and to this date have had no reply. Our defective reverse osmosis system just sits in our garage.

I am hopeful that this company will indeed stand behind its promise and respond to this very frustrated customers more than patient service requests.

I don’t understand how this company has more than 1 star. I unfortunately did not come to the comments prior to calling them. I bought a new home and it had the system so I thought why not I’ll get them to service. It’s been nothing but a scam, never showing up when they say they are, no calling to say appointment been cancelled. Just want your money. Had them do a service to then say I needed a new machine. Funny machine was fine before they showed up but because the prior owner account wasn’t active they tried screwing me over. Should have gone with mulligan. Much better my neighbor and two friends did and they have been great not Rain soft and Florida water. Horrible everything

Very disappointed in the Rain Soft TC Conditioner Series Water Treatment System and the service from FL Energy Water and Air. The sales person was misleading on the terms of financing. In less than two years, the system display would not work. When changing the power source to remedy the issue (to no avail), we noticed the wiring on the adapter was split during installation to reach the outlet. When calling to request repairs for this part (covered by warranty) we were quoted an outrageous service call price. We recommend looking online for a more affordable system and a company that stands behind their products, installation, and services, especially when things go wrong in such a short time.

Beware of this company.
Scheduled a call with their service department after having a RainSoft softner sales person visit my house. He suggested I call service after seeing my unit, given how much a new unit costs.

I was charged $119.95 for a diagnostic call, which consisted of the technician telling me the controller wasn't RainSoft so he couldn't fix, troubleshoot, or replace. He proceeded to sell a new unit, which was $6,000+.

I spoke with the service manager to try to understand how I was being charged when no service was provided other then receiving pricing for a new unit. She advised that is what I agreed to and said she couldn't reverse the charge.

Look elsewhere for a fair and more reasonable company.

3 schedule hot water installation in 9 days. The
representative iNEVER showed up. This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with in my 60 years. Home Depot , Lowes and several other companies use this company. False promises and no hot water heater yet. I highly recommend that you use someone else who are reliable

Tony, the installer of my new electric water heater is affable, competent, efficient, thorough, neat and punctual. He arrived early at my home and after introducing himself , showing me the unit I ordered to ensure it was the correct one, immediately began to perform the installation. He completed the job quickly, correctly, and explained how to properly operate the new water heater. He also explained other activities associated with documentation requirements and the pending inspection by the local government agency. Tony is indeed well versed in the installation process of the electric water heater and is extremely informative and consumer friendly. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a replacement of their water heating system. Tony is an expert in his craft!

Worst customer service ever! They over charge too much for water heater installation !!! We went to them through Lowe’s. The sales person was misleading. He gave us wrong information on the product and once we finalized everything the contract they sent had a different product on it. When questioned about it first he didn’t respond. When he did finally after 2 days-he had no answers and gave to the phone to the manager who to our surprise was even worse than the salesperson. She was very rude and had zero regard for the customer and basically told us to get the water heater somewhere else. This attitude and disrespect towards the customer is what makes the companies go down the drain.
