Antonio and his crew were absolutely great. They arrived at 7:00 in the morning and stopped when it got dark. They cleaned up everything around the house and then came back the next day to walk around and inspect the job. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Antonio to other people who are looking to have their roof replaced.

TJ and the entire staff were highly professional and responsive. TJ showed great care and expertise in walking us through our decision making process. We liked the informative, well designed reference guides, checklist and communications to help prepare us every step of the way. The roofing team did a great job, finished by end of day, cleaning up as expected. We’re glad we awarded our business to this Florida family owned business.

I highly recommend Next Dimension! They are top notch and very professional. From the beginning, Antonio went over every detail discussing materials and warranties and the project manager keeping me informed throughout the process. Never having used a roofing company previously, this company was chosen by our insurance. These 4 young men worked from 7:30 a.m. until after 2:00 p.m. Cleaned up things that went airborn, nails in driveway, lawn, everything....Great job.

Roof had Major Leaks in Under a Year! The WARRANTY BOGUS! Apparently acts of god cause leaks and their roofs are no match! Call backs don’t happen once they have your money/signature!

I spent $55,000 on a new roof with Next Dimension. During the installation they tried to finagle more money from me claiming the Florida room was not considered part of the project even though we discussed it more than a few times and IT'S PART OF THE HOUSE! They told me the salesman shouldn't have included it in the contract!
They made an absolute mess of my pool and cage, and broke part of my pool system which they told me to get someone to repair and they would reimburse me. Six months later I got a collection notice because they hadn't paid the bill.
They also took the leftover materials and didn't give me a credit
Then, when the last hurricane passed six of my very expensive tiles got damaged and I've called six times to get a repair and they won't return my calls. I do not recommend this company.

After our neighborhood was hit with a hail storm, we noticed a lot of roofing companies soliciting for business. Next Dimension was not one of those companies. I actually saw their sign on a neighbor’s yard and called. Kenny Torres came out and inspected our roof. From there he put a package together explaining everything that we needed to know. No pressure and no continuous calling. When we finally decided to put the roof on, Kenny met us while he was in the middle of Christmas shopping to go over all the and details. After that the rest of the Next Dimension crew took over and made what would have been a stressful event one of the easiest experiences we could have hoped for. The roof was replaced in one day and looks fantastic, and with the GAF golden pledge warranty we will be protected for years to come. Anyone thinking about replacing or repairing a roof, needs to call Next Dimension of Tampa!
