We called several places on a Saturday and he was the only one to answer. He arrived pretty quickly the same day. He was very friendly and professional. While working, he also educated us on septic tank maintenance. I felt the price was very reasonable and was honestly less than I was expecting to pay. I’ve already recommended him to other people!

I was amazed at the service that Tom of Martin Environmental displayed. When I called him early in the morning on a Sunday before Labor Day, he answered on the first ring.
As I begun to explain that my toilets and tubs were back fillings as I was washing clothes, he immediately politely interjected by advising me to turn off the washing machine. He then informed me that he had a few jobs that day but that he would get to me the next morning- Labor Day.
He came as promised the next morning down my chirped up jagged washed out road on a rainy flash flood of a day. He was brave to come down a road where other cars of trucks get stucked regularly. He was so professional, and he worked fast. He educated me on how to care for my septic system as he pumped it out.
I have always had city sewer in the past, so I did not have a clue of the potential monster that was about to explode in my yard and home. Tom’s compassionate professionalism saved my home. He put me on the Maintance calendar for two years down later.

We had an issue, called and Mr. Martin came out within the hour. Pumped our system found the clog and another issue. Took care of everything, explained all that needed to be done and was very reasonably priced. Will be calling for any future needs and would recommend him to anyone needing service.

Excellent service! Would definitely recommend! The gentleman showed up right away and saved the day. New Year's Eve and on a Sunday to be exact. He was very helpful giving us tips on maintenance of the septic system to prevent future problems. Reasonably priced and will be using him in the future.

Tom is a great guy and does excellent work. He was very responsive and honest. I wasn’t sure exactly what my issue was, only that it was serious. He was able to diagnose it and show me exactly what was going on with my septic system. While working on that, he discovered another issue while verifying that the original problem was fixed. He had to do a lot of extra work, but he stuck with it until It was fixed. His prices were also extremely reasonable. Thanks Tom!
