Steadfast is a wonderful company to deal with and do excellent work.
From the moment the representative came for the consultation you could tell he genuinely cared about providing my family with a quality roof at a competitive rate.
He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t in a rush. He made sure every question was answered and was very good at following up after the consultation to address any other questions or concerns. Once we did select their company, they worker with us to get everything we needed for permitting in our rather difficult city. They were patient and when everything was arranged, they were prompt and punctual. They crew was also very respectful and very reassuring at all times during the process. They took wonderful photos and documented their work accordingly. The timely updates were also nice to see online when I wasn’t able to be home. This was a truly fabulous company right up to the very end as they walked my perimeter to ensure they hadnt broken anything at my home and used magnets to check for nails. I would definitely use them again and would refer to anyone I know who might need any roofing work done. Thank you all for everything. Nearly two years after the hurricane, it sure is nice to have a nice, new roof!
