Run away from using this company. I used PODS for my move from Boston to Florida. I liked the idea of packing it myself and not having to drive down the east coast in a box truck. I felt it was worth it to pay the extra 1000 for convenience. Little did I know they would not pick up my POD in Boston for 4 additional days after the agreed-upon date. They claimed it was due to a shortage of drivers. I was already in Florida so I had no control over anything. As a result of this, it then delayed my delivery so that I didn't receive my belongings for 3 weeks. When I finally did receive my items, everything had dents and black marks from being banged around. This was a nightmare experience that I hope no one else has to go through.

Horrible experience. Move from nj to FL. Had the pod picked up at end of Sept with a drop-off at new address 1st week of Oct. Log on to find the time and what do you know, won't be for another 2 WEEKS. All my furniture, clothes etc.. starting a new job and child starts a new school with nothing to wear. Thanks alot PODS. Stay away

Workers like to block drive ways then have Issue when you want to leave. I video taped him throwing up his hands instead of just moving the truck. He's parked in front of my driveway as has a problem with leaving 😒
