There response when complaining about puddling after the install that my contractors wife saw .

From the owner:
Send me a photo or video of the water actually puddling or heading towards the hose and I will come out and fix it. Otherwise I won’t be sending the crew back out. I was there spraying that area for 20 minutes. You got pictures of the level. And video of water going away from teddy.
Unless shown otherwise I can’t send my crew back out there
Also if your referring to the chick who looked like who was on drugs while I was there and couldn’t even figure out how to wrap a hose or clean a bucket, then yeah I wouldn’t take her advice and the contractor who hired her. Or anyone else who doesn’t do pavers day in and day out like we do.

Bolt is the BEST! They came out and repaired issues, completed the extensions we needed and are sealing EVERYTHING around our pool and outdoor kitchen. They separated invoices as needed and endured our additional requests and were EXTREMELY pleasant to work with. Thank you for all your patience, hard work and flexibility!!!
