I had work done here 3 years ago and I was totally pleased. When I was told by two shops my turbo wasn’t any good in Jacksonville that’s where I live now. I decided to make a trip to Holiday to have Fernando and Rich look at my 2016 Lincoln MKZ it took them 4 hours to find out it was unplugged. Unbelievable how honest this place is. They didn’t charge me a thing. I’m getting them gift cards. They will forever be my Mechanic no matter where I live. Saved me 1900 dollars

I'm a 65 year old man, with a long history of auto repair experience and live in Holiday FL. In the past, I would take my cars for repairs to various other local repair shops. When the transmission went out in my van I discovered Milex Complete Auto Care. Richard and his team are just simply outstanding. If I could give them ten stars I would. Richard is honest, straight talking and is genuinely concerned about his customers and their time and money. He rebuilt my transmission for thousands less then the other quotes I got and had the job completed in less then a week. At first I thought, thousands less, this is to good to be true but was so pleased with his work I felt compelled to right this glowing review. Since then, I've brought other cars to his shop with the same outstanding results. I am so glad I found his shop. Seriously, if you are not sure where to bring your car look no further then Milex Complete Auto Care on US-19. They are the best !!!!!!! Thanks Richard your Rock !!!!!!

This was the second time I've been in. The first time was such a positive experience, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it . When I heard a noise in my car, this time I knew who exactly to call My Go To Mechanics!They were quick to figure out what was wrong and I had my car back in hours. Would definitely recommend them and have to my friends. Truly exceptional and very nice, honest, and professional.

5k on a transmission rebuild after be quoted 3200, truck went back 3 times for them to have it a total of 3 months all within 6 months of the rebuild. Less than a month out of the shop and I’m now in the process of buying a new transmission and harness because the chopped into my harness and ran their own wires and didn’t even use connectors. Biggest scam of a shop ever.

Had them rebuild the transmission on a 94 GMC 2500 suburban. They have a good price. You got it back to me within 4 days. And he said he stands behind his work also had him service. My transfer case while it was in the shop. Would recommend?

I went in today to have my car looked at. I haven’t been able to use my AC is 2 weeks! Richard had my car fixed in less than 20 min. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Great place!
