Servpro came to the rescue again as we dealt with our second flooding in little over a month. This time from Milton. For our second round of mitigation we had the Servpro of South Orlando Mitigation Team. Jose Silva, Andres, and Luciano all helped manage a large team of workers who got our home ready for reconstruction in rapid time. Professional, courteous, and competent. When you have a disaster occur like Hurricane Helene that floods your home with over a foot of seawater it can be overwhelming. Alex and Jose were in my house for three days doing the restoration of water damage in my master bedroom. They were always friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job for us. The other employees how came in for various reasons were also very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous to us.
