Unfortunately I hired another company to install my solar panels and what a nightmare it was! Total Solar has saved my sanity for sure! My $46K+ system was destroyed by squirrels and the original installer created a nightmare with a splice and dice rewiring job (could've caused a fire) and a crazy install of a partial critter guard which will require a partial roof replacement. Total Solar took the time to remove all the panels to correctly assess the damages, completely rewire the system, design and install a critter guard (correctly) to prevent the tree rats from doing further damage. Brad is transparent, honest, and more than reasonable on his prices, and has a talented and competent team. They genuinely care about doing the job right the first time. I called several other local solar companies that were completely lost on how to correct my problem, had no knowledge about a critter guard, and lacked interest in helping me. I purchased a battery backup system from Brad as well. It was installed to perfection. Save yourself future headaches and hire Total Solar for all your solar energy needs.

Total Solar came out and removed our water heater solar panel in prep for a new roof. Prior, we had reached out to the original installers, but multiple rescheduled appts and an unqualified tech visit had us frustrated and stressed, given the timeline for roof replacement. I reached out to Brad, with Total Solar, who came out the next day assessed our situation and quickly worked us in the schedule to ensure no delays with the roofing timeline. The techs who performed the removal were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. They performed an inspection of the panel and provided recommendations for sufficient and long term use. I am definitely calling them to reinstall and perform the recommendations on the panel once roof is done! Very happy and satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship.

They are excellent for keeping your pool warmer to extend your pool season even in Florida. You can adjust your temperature also.
