As a patient, every time I call, the Billing Center folks are so dismissive and frankly lazy. The marketing excuse is always 'your insurance should be calling us, you pay them to work for you' ... but my issue is not with my insurance company, it is a Synergy system's issue. The Synergy call center folks claim they dont have any more info than the knowing the patient's account balance, but asking a few more questions shows they have WAY more info, just dont want to make the effort. Calling my insurance's billing center is so much more enjoyable & helpful; and when a health insurance company is the 'nice party' - you know the benchmark is low for Synergy! So frustrating!

I've just begun my career at Synergy and grateful I did. Our mission is clear and our leader is passionate! Synergy is a very team centric company. Lots of amazing perks besides health insurance, 401K plan, and vacation time. They provide complimentary beverages and snacks to all their employees. There is always some fun team competition brewing inside our walls! There are also company events to celebrate the team or to give back to our community. It is apparent that new ideas, technology, plus phenomenal people are the driving forces behind our success!

SYNERGY BILLING has been a blessing!!! I have worked in many places but I must say the feeling that the company bring upon me is AWESOME!!! I love to come in to work everyday and its never a bitter day for me. I enjoy how family oriented they are and EVERYONE is so WELCOMING!!! The best of all they make all HOLIDAYS SPECIAL & FUN...
