From phone conversations to in-person meetings to the actual installation, everything was either on time or ahead of schedule. When I sought a quote, I reached out to several companies, but Billy got back to me the quickest. During our meeting, Miguel presented me with a variety of options, detailing the types of solar panels, the system's size, and the pricing. This made it easy for me to compare options and make an informed decision. Knowing that birds could potentially cause issues, they effortlessly included a bird deterrent in the installation cost. Even after the initial consultation, Miguel sent over additional options to help me decide on what best suited my needs. Compared to my neighbors who had solar panels installed by a different company over an extended period of a week, SolarBreeze Energy completed my installation in just one day. They arrived within minutes of the agreed time and completed the task swiftly. billy and miguel handled our residential solar installation for solarbreeze energy. i've seen plenty of positive feedback about billy online and i have to say, i agree with them all. the team was a pleasure to work with. initially, we had engaged with another solar provider, but they went mia and left us hanging after 3 months. their support team was unresponsive and unhelpful. that's when we decided to switch to solarbreeze energy, and the transition was seamless: 1) billy was very open and supportive from the start. he visited our home and explained all our options. 2) the team from solarbreeze energy always kept us updated on the project's progress, what the next steps were and the estimated timelines. 3) the team was swift in responding to any queries. 4) what impressed us the most was how quickly they got our solar panels up and running. it took less than 2 months (~50 days) from signing the contract to having fully operational panels on our roof. the entire process was hassle-free. their project planning and processes were extremely efficient. the solar panels are functioning really well. we're so happy we chose to work with solarbreeze energy and billy!

strongly recommended! the team of installers, engineers, and project managers at solarbreeze energy are simply outstanding. despite minor delays due to permit acquisition and weather conditions (which were beyond the control of the team), my solar setup of 28 panels and 4 tesla gen2 powerwalls is now successfully commissioned and running. everything is fully operational and i couldn't be happier! i am now the proud owner of a solar system that boasts 11.5 kw of peak solar power and a storage capacity of 54 kwh, thanks to the 4 tesla gen2 powerwalls. there was a slight misunderstanding initially regarding the inclusion of my mini-split ac/heater in the critical battery load list. when i brought it up, billy, the project manager, explained that ac units are typically not included in backup loads to safeguard the powerwall batteries. i clarified that my mini-split ac/heater system is energy-efficient, with a slow soft start feature that makes it battery-friendly. this was confirmed by miguel, the engineer who installed the ac system. understanding my situation, the team from solarbreeze energy returned a month later to adjust the backup load at no extra cost. now, my setup works flawlessly. i can charge my tesla using solar power, run my entire house, including the mini-split ac/heater, and remain unaffected during prolonged power outages. if you're considering installing a battery-friendly mini-split ac system and want it included in the backup load, remember to communicate this clearly in advance. make sure it's added to the critical backup loads list, as ac units are not typically included, especially traditional hvac systems that have a high initial current surge that can be detrimental to batteries. now, i can confidently say that i'm living the solar dream in miami!
