Update: I appreciate the quick resolve on this matter. I will change my rating and continue being a daily customer.

I am in the process of contacting a lawyer in regards to this matter. I am confident this Sunoco Seven Eleven joint venture has been infiltrated by an employee theft ring. I have been going there for a year almost daily. A half dozen times I have been charged incorrectly by the "system" creating an error the employee has to manually correct. Or ignore and allow for a very large overage in their register. I have on two occasions heard employees brag of their "bonus." Then when I try to correct it by stating facts about pricing I am stonewalled with the rewards program is down, I can't change the pricing, call corporate, and straight up hood reactions. That ain't cool. I can help you with that one.

Probably the worst gas station experience ever! No credit card on the pump. Ok, go in. 2 Holly Hill police just standing around with the manager and another employee shooting the bull. The woman in front of me keeps buying lottery tickets and the cashier is alone. I have 5 men behind me.
The manager looks at the line and for a split second i actually thought she was gonna work. Who was I kidding? She goes back to the computer and the other employee is no where to be found. The cashier finally can start taking customers without any assistance. Lazy manager can help out !

Come to find out HR has been trying to get rid of the management at this store for a long time. Managers keeping lotto winnings. I personally witnessed someone win 160 on a scratch off and the manager set the machine to pay out only 100 so the lady was shorted 60 dollars. Also witness manager and a 3rd shift employee scamming some how tons of Sunoco gift cards with the missing money and money people leave on gas pumps keeping it for themselves. Several ex employees were fired for no reason and the managers boss is also helping the cover up. The manager also hired a couple which is a big no no through corporate. Managers exact words " I don't care I need help". When 7 Eleven takes over hopefully this store will get rid of the corruption going on. We have a team of ex employees that were fired for catching on to their schemes

Drunks and addicts always there. Can't fuel without being hit up.
This place could use Security.
Security at Krispy Kreme made it a great place to go now. They really cleaned up the whole intersection.

DO NOT STOP HERE!!! They're are vagrants that litter the parking lot and side walks. There was an employee taking a smoke break and chatting with two of them while two others followed me to the gas pumps to ask me for my hard-earned cash and I'm on crutches. The employee inside was just as complacent as the outside worker letting them get a drink from the fountain machine. This is an armpit of a gas station, go ANYWHERE else.

I understand the whole locking the doors thing before your actually supposed to, but you really cant let someone in to use the atm? Just ridiculous and poor customer service. Would have taken all of 60 seconds.

I have been a regular Customer for thabout 6 months, I drive a taxi, sometimes I visit the store 2 - 3 times a day, we fuel our taxis there every day, I buy stuff every day,, I was there this morning when the manager called the police about 2 homeless people who were on the property, while the police officer was writing a trespass warning, one of the homeless people asked me for a light for her cigarette, the store manager got upset because I literally the cigarette and proceeded to tell me to leave the property also. Bad management and bad attitude. I will never go back to the store again, and neither will any of our cabs. She needs to take a anger management class
