Donovan made the process of getting a new roof enjoyable and straightforward. I appreciated that he took before and after photos (since I wasn’t going up there) and shared them in a presentation that he also emailed to me for my records. I was unsure about which color to choose, so he made a special trip back to my home, went up on the roof, and laid out some shingles so I could better visualize how it would look. I'm so thankful he went the extra mile; otherwise, I might have been unhappy with my initial color choice. Thanks to his additional efforts, I absolutely love my new roof! I was impressed by how efficiently the crew worked and the care they took in cleaning up, finishing everything in just one day. I encountered a unique situation, and when I reached out to Donovan for assistance, I was delighted by the friendly response and willingness to help, even after payment was completed. Thankfully, we haven't had enough damage to require a full roof replacement, but there have been a couple of times where we needed minor repairs, like fixing broken wood decking or replacing a few missing shingles. If you're looking for a new roof or roof repairs, this is the team to go with! Their prices are competitive with other roofing services, but what really stands out is their fantastic crew! Jordan was incredible! From the very beginning, he assisted with our insurance and the process of coordinating the removal and reinstallation of our gutters. He kept us updated on everything happening throughout the entire project. I can’t praise Jordan enough. Even after our roof was finished, he continued helping us finalize details with the insurance and gutter companies. Jordan truly went above and beyond for us. Frederick and his team worked efficiently and did an amazing job—the roof looks fantastic! They were respectful and polite, and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. There was a tiny bit of tar from an old shingle left on our front step, and Donovan came back days later to take care of it. Thanks for being attentive to the little things! They also had to take down our satellite dish to install the shingles, but they promised to get it back up and running before our big game on Sunday. A crew member was here bright and early Saturday morning to take care of it. When this team says they’ll do something, they follow through! Donovan then devised a custom pricing structure for my roof based on aerial imagery measurements, and took the time to explain the 'how' and 'why' of each repair suggestion. In the week leading up to the official repair day, we were faced with unrelenting heavy rain. Yet, Donovan and his team, including Frederick and Jacob, came out BEFORE the scheduled repair day to place leak guards and patches over the damaged areas to be fixed. This ensured that my spouse and I could rest assured knowing that no leaks would occur before the official repair could take place. Talk about exceptional customer service! As part of the repair procedure, Donovan captured before and after photos of each area, employing techniques that made the repaired sections blend flawlessly with the original shingles. I'm not usually one to pen down reviews, because, more often than not, service providers only do what's necessary. They set a price, do the job, and sometimes I'm happy, other times merely content, and occasionally disappointed. But I've never encountered the level of service that I got from this roofing company, quite like any other. My home is beautiful, but the roof design leaves a lot to be desired. Since buying it in 1996, it's been one leak after another, with several reputable roofing companies conducting repairs. Eventually, in 2014, we had the entire roof replaced by this roofing company. In the decade that followed, any concerns we had were swiftly addressed, and their service was outstanding. Recently, I had a minor leak, and with my warranty nearing its expiry, I was understandably worried. I contacted them, and instead of merely fixing the leak, the company's proprietor took a personal interest in the issue. He wanted to ensure we were receiving the level of service they aspire to give each customer. He personally inspected the roof, located the leak, and made a point to ensure we wouldn't face any problems even after the warranty period. He took comprehensive notes and assured me that his team would inspect everything and bring the roof back to its original condition. The very next day, he sent a couple of roofers who worked tirelessly to ensure the roof met his exacting standards. I was more than content, but a few days later, the office called. Apparently, upon reviewing the photos taken during the repairs, he felt the job wasn't done to his satisfaction. He promptly sent another team to replace any damaged tiles and repaint the fascia. I can't imagine ever employing the services of another roofer. This company's owner is a perfectionist, and it's evident in his work. I've never experienced such dedication and commitment. He's an exceptional individual running an exceptional company. If I could, I'd give them a hundred stars. He's without a doubt, the best in the business.
