My roof needed to be completely replaced following Hurricane Milton. I contacted a few different roofing companies based on reviews I read. Fortunately, one of those companies was 1st Choice Roofing. We quickly received a visit from the "Bald Guy" who inspected our roof and even patched up an area for us that would have caused a leak after the next rainfall. We received a quote very quickly and not having any knowledge of roofing (in general) materials or how they are installed, the Bald Guy sat with me and explained everything! At that point, I was sold, it is very apparent that this company takes pride in the work they do and care about the satisfaction of their customers. Roofing replacement and repairs can be very scary with some of the scams that seem common here in Florida. I am so glad I used a company that is reputable and stand by their work. The roof turned out beautifully and the quality compared to some of my neighbors homes who have had replacement roofs is noticeable. When installing, the roofers did make a small tear in one panel of our cage screen, but with one text to the Bald Guy he was able to get that replaced and make good on their commitment to provide excellent service. If you are needing repairs or replacements give the "Bald Guy" a call, he is not only knowledgeable, he will make you feel comfortable and give you a few laughs along the way!

I tip my hat to 3 key individuals that helped with my project whom include Courtney (Paperwork), Ryan (Salesman & Knowledgeable Answer Man) & Dan (On Site Project Manager). Love our new roof!!

I recently chose 1st Choice Roofing for a much needed whole home roof replacement, and I could not be happier with that decision. From the initial quote and competitive pricing, to their communication and scheduling, to the two days of hard work they put in to remove my old shingles, fix the problem areas and put a beautiful new roof on that I know will last for years to come. Amazing clean-up job as well. Definitely recommend them!

Ken and his team at 1st Choice were amazing to work with. He made the whole process from beginning to end super easy. His workers were very efficient getting the job done in 2 days. And we are super happy with our new roof. It’s a big purchase and can be hard to find a contractor you trust. Ken was straight forward and honest with everything and there were no unexpected charges. If you value the cleanliness of your yard. I would not recommend this company. My roof was a 2 day job. After the first day, which had the majority of the mess due to the demo of the old roof, they cleaned the front yard decently well with some minor debris in the bushes and yard. The backyard on the other hand was terrible. NAILS, STAPLES, PLYWOOD, SHINGLES, UNDERLAYMENT, AND MOUNDS OF OTHER DUST AND DEBRIS were left all over my back patio and yard. I spent 2 hours picking everything up. I had 3 garbage bags full. When I reached out to my sales rep all I got was a lackluster apology saying they will do better in the future. So far after only having the new roof for 2 days the workmanship seems to be good, but I can not recommend this company based on the fact that I had to take time out of my day to do the clean up I was paying them to do. They seemed to have no intention of trying to make matters right or try to find a way to work with me. All they cared about was collecting there final payment.

Follow up:
After the initial review, Ken and Tom (The President and General Manager) came out to apologize. They went over my yard with a magnet as well as checked to make sure everything else was clean. I really appreciate them coming out to show there concern. I wish this was the attention to detail I would have gotten from the beginning. I would have definitely given them 5 stars if that was the case.

From our first estimate to final day of install, everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Professional, quick to follow-up with answers, easy and convenient to deal with... And the roof itself! It's gorgeous. Our neighbors have already commented on how clean and quick the crew was. Ryan, Courtney, and the whole install team, thank you so much!
We were so pleased we will be following up at some point about fascia and soffit work, when needed.
