PestBear was efficient. Ben came to consult us with the first service and an hour later the office called to schedule the first appointment. They followed up and arrived on time. Romeo was courteous and went covered the house inside and out, spraying and putting bait out. The next morning I already saw some water-bugs lying on their backs. Thank you for fast, efficient and friendly service.

Over charged and question whether our lawn was treated. Would not put a sign up to indicate a treatment was performed. Didn’t send invoices. We asked for invoices when they said we were in arrears. Office sent 3 identical invoices. Alleged two treatments performed 10/17 but my husband was here and the tech was only here for a couple of minutes. No sign either. $110 each treatment. Allege aeration and treatment each visit. Did not happen!

I detected the PestBear truck in front of my neighbor's house. I approached the agent; he introduced himself as Elijah, a gentleman, very nice and courteous. He gave me a brief description of the company and what they do when they come to a client's home. After he finished with the neighbor's job, he came to my house at my request to answer a few questions that I had initially asked him. Elijah was very thorough in his presentation; you can tell that he knows what he does and does it well. I accepted to work with him on the spot. He performed the service and gave me a few tips on how to take care of the issues that I currently have and how to maintain a pest free environment.
I know that it is a bit too early to say anything about the job that was done, however, I can tell you that Elijah was very professional. He explained every step that he took, why, and what to expect. I am very pleased so far.
After he left, I called their competitor to cancel the appointment that I had with them.

Just wanted to take a moment to mention the great service I received from Ely for pest control. Ely is very detailed oriented. He takes the time to make the proper observations about my property then explains thoroughly what his treatment plan will be. Never had a severe problem with insects but I was amazed at the size and scope of the pest that were exterminated after my initial treatment. I am very satisfied with Ely’s service.Thank you!

Robert went way above and beyond to manually dig out a ton of weeds that were left by the previous incompetent lawn company. His actions ensure that the lawn gets all the needed treatment where it needs to be. Im sure this will help revive our law and get it back to beautiful!
I am already impressed with this company's service. Customer service has been very pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this company!

Elias from PestBear came to my house in Preston hollow Springhill and gave great advice on how to treat my infested issue also installed termite traps around the home to avoid future problems. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend PestBear!! Also hired pest bear to treat my lawn..very convenient..
Should have more employees like him!

I have been using Pest Bear for about 2 years now… my lawn was looking pretty bad a few years back, but now it is so pretty… yes you must water on your water days… but it looks beautiful, I really enjoy sitting on my porch looking at the lake out over my healthy, green lawn!
