I have to say how impressed I am with staff and the process at Grace Memorial. I was greeted upon arrival, after the passing of my relative, with care and respect. I was in a bad "place" and the welcome into their Funeral Home was incredibly warm and just what I needed at the time. The ladies that I worked with were Rosie A. and Heather Z. These ladies were amazing. They were calm, compassionate, caring and just incredible consoling. They explained everything that my cousin had planned out, purchased and what his wishes were (since I wasn't familiar). The helped me with each step of the way, with true grace and kindness. I am overwhelmed at how kind and friendly they were, I mean WITH HEART too! My follow calls with Sue and Veronica were just as pleasant and I am glad that the staff at Grace Memorial is handling this part of the "passing" process for our family.
I do NOT benefit in any way from posting - but I had to post because at trying times like these, the staff at Grace were the ONLY ones (beside the team at Hospice) that provided me with comfort... and friends in the end. This company has hired the right people and have the best process in place!

My mother had terminal cancer for years. She picked Grace memorial herself. They have flexible pay options, and several burial options. Years later, when the time had come for my mom to go to heaven, I had the pleasure of meeting the very people my mom started planning her “vacation home” with. Every staff member here is compassionate, willing, helpful. The list really goes on and on.
The services they offer all in house are spectacular. Flowers, food, photo display, music and schedule, all taken care of and monitored. My mother wanted a celebration, Grace memorial staff helped me to make that setting happen. I had people reach out to me after the service and say they had never been to a nicer ceremony. Experiencing a death of a loved one is certainly not easy and then trying to plan arrangements while grieving is even harder. However, I must say, Grace Memorial Garden made our planning process smooth for my family. From start to finish the staff is guiding you the whole way through. Grace Memorial Garden assured us that they will be with us every step of the way, and they did just that! They truly exemplify professionalism, dedication and compassion! I called eight other funeral homes before choosing Grace Memorial Garden and they were the one and only to say “sorry for your loss” it automatically warmed my heart and knew they were the ones to go through this process with. Rosemary(Rosie) Anderson was so helpful. My neighbor had specific ideas on her eternal resting place. Rosemary made sure her every need was met. She's extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Very well kept grounds and a peaceful setting despite the convenient location right on 19. I've been a few times over the past couple years and everything is always in great condition. I needed to get copies of lost paperwork for the prepaid arrangements my elderly friend has there, so I called and they had me come in the next day at 3. Crystal went above and beyond, not only providing the needed paperwork, but also explaining how the arrangements are protected, providing addtional paperwork I might need in the future, along with an offer of additional help should I need it. It was refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and kindness, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

My mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly 11 days ago, and I still find myself waiting for a phone call from her. I keep thinking she'll be coming home soon and she'll tell me to leave her alone to watch her soap operas. This was my first time making funeral arrangements, and I had no idea how much went into it. I cannot express enough how much Ben helped guide me through everything. I asked every question under the sun and never once felt stupid for asking. Ben is incredibly kind, patient, and works with every budget. He really knows his stuff.

I visited other funeral homes for tours, but Ben's knowledge, along with the facility and grounds, truly stands out. This Hudson location is a hidden gem. The plot I chose, I believe, will be a peaceful and calming place for me to remember my mother. It’s a quiet area where I can speak to her.

The entire staff, including Mark and Veronica, were wonderful as well. Ben’s expertise and grace make him invaluable, and I will certainly consider making my own funeral arrangements here when the time comes.
