this place is horrible!! I have lived in this neighborhood for 12 years and they make up rules as they go. They are rude and give such difficulty for the amenities.

This is a place if you want to harassed then by a house in the estates I’m a new realtor and I tell everyone to stay away I wished I had bought somewhere else onebthreat after another now I meeting my attorney Monday as we are going as far I have to this place is crazy they need to get a life

This it's the worst HOA I've ever experienced. They send violation after violation. So as soon as you finish one thing then you have another to work on. And if you don't do it in time they fine you. Then when trying to finally sell and get out they keep sending surprises all the way up to the day before closing. As if they don't want you to ever sell your home and leave. Whoever runs this HOA is a bad person who clearly doesn't care about people. Do not move here. There's plenty of other neighborhoods without a terrible HOA.

If your having a problem with this HOA you better look in the mirror.I got a notice rightfully so on my car that didn’t have a tag because it’s collectible.They gave me more than enough time to take care of it.I went down to the clubhouse for the first time today and the ladies that work there couldn’t have been any nicer.They throughly explained what the facility had and the ID requirements for using everything that’s simple.There’s nothing not to like about it.I feel comfortable with my wife and daughter using the pool and tennis courts because it’s really clean and you know who’s using this facility with you.

BWEHA HOA. They make up rules as they go. They will take pictures of you, your children and your property without asking. They will go on your property to look whats behing the house without asking. They will dictate what you can have and can't have on your property. They will send you violation letters on everything even if the violation is not legitimate. My advise, find a comunity in hudson that is WITHOUT BWEHA communists. There are so many out here. You will be stress free, sleep better at night and live longer.

Ok park, The basketball Slide need work! The Rim on both slides are broken. Only 2 swings for the bigs and 2 for babies.
