We decided to have a mini split installed in our Cabana. Jeff came to our home for the quote. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything that would need to be done to have the unit installed and put on the SIDE of the house. He stated he would not run the unit on the outside front of the house (like another company was pushing for) because it wouldn’t look right and they wouldn’t put their name on it.
Install was able to be scheduled the very next day.
Mohamed came to do the install. He also was very polite and professional. He treated our home as if it was his own. He also stated he would not run the unit to the front of the house because it wouldn’t look right and he also wouldn’t put his name on it. He was here installing for about 7 hours and didn’t take time for a break. He took time and thoroughly showed us the unit and explained maintenance and how it works. We definitely recommend Mario’s.

I gave Mario's two stars because one star would've been unfair to the people who work for Mario's who actually provide outstanding customer service. Alexis is, in a word, OUTSTANDING! ALWAYS delivers with SUPER customer service and simply fantastic to work with! Another is Cody. Top notch AC guy! If you want to know why only two stars - and why Cody and Alexis are great, read on.

Long story short - Lennox AC system installed in May 2023. Wanted quality and got it. Never heard from anyone at Mario's asking if I was happy, upset...nothing. The AC was not properly installed. Bolts missing, AC clattered on shutdown. Had someone come out in Nov 2023, installed the rest of the bolts, told me to wait until my first service to get the compressor issue resolved. Tech left Mario's.

First service, tech looks at AC, doesn't resolve compressor problem but tells me to replace it will cost $1300 because NOW the labor warranty has expired - and they want me to pay for the new freon required. Tech left Mario's.

Called Mario's trying to get compressor problem resolved. Same statement from next tech; still gonna cost $1300. Tech left Mario's (sensing a pattern here?).

Next to check out the problem, August of last year, is the service supervisor. Name withheld to protect the innocent. Tells me compressor is definitely the problem, also says compressor could last for 10 years - or ten minutes. Can't be sure. STILL gonna cost $1300. Offered to split the cost Labor/Freon. Never heard from Mario's.

At this point, I've had enough. Contact a lawyer, pay them $600 retainer, they write Mario's a letter and Cody, the new Service Supervisor, comes out and fixes the problem in about 15 min. Knew just what to do - new compressor NOT required. Cody was great!

As I'm out $600, I contacted Mario's. Alexis was the rep I spoke with and told her I wanted two additional years of free service calls, five in total, and we'd call it even. Alexis got me what I asked for and was simply AMAZING!

So, you'll need to decide for yourself if you want to work with Mario's as a company. But as long as Cody and Alexis stay with them, their customer service will be a huge selling point for them.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Luis Sr. for the excellent work that he completed this month while inspecting my new HVAC! During the inspection Luis Sr. pointed out that mold was building up on the system and he carefully explained the necessary steps that I needed to take to prevent the mold from growing. After explaining in great detail in order to prevent the mold I needed to invest in a UV lamp and after researching the UV lamp I immediately called Luis Sr. asking him to return and install the UV lamp! He arrived the next day with the lamp and installed it! Luis Sr. was cordial, extremely professional, and knowledgeable of the system. I highly recommend Luis Sr. and Mario’s Air Conditioning & Heating! Thank You!

I want to thank Mario’s air-conditioning and heating for doing an incredible job today. With the help of Jose it was determined that I had mold in the Air handler and ductwork. He sent out service representative Luis who did an incredible job in remediating the mold. I highly recommend this company for their service and professionalism.

Mohamed came to my home promptly and started the job immediately. He worked quickly and got our HVAC blower motor back in clean sanitized and UV light added for bacteria and mold. He took time to show me all the before and after photos and showed me the work he did before closing it all back up. He also gave me some useful tips on maintaining the system and added features we paid for. Thank you Mario's and especially thank you Mohamed
