When I first stopped in, I wasn't able to communicate my issue to the person behind the counter, so they referred me to the owner. WOW, does this company know Water, yes they do. He realized my problem immediately and told me how to get the county to correct it. I will say the county was in my neighborhood and started the same day. and let me know to call anytime there's an issue. The pictures show a new filter and what it looks like 3 weeks later.

A bit of a drive through the industrial corridor of Palmetto til you find this place, these folks can measure levels of contaminants in your water. Trouble is, you need to drive all the way there for this little bottle. Then return withing hours of taking any sample for them to test it.
Staff are quite friendly and helpful. My county only gives a yes/no for contaminants which is virtually useless when you really want to know quantitatively how safe and how to treat the water. So spend the $50 here and skip the $25 at the county.

Total Waste of Time.

Accepted a Job, wasted 3+ weeks with no results to show for it and the only excuse is they have no man power to run results.

Don't accept work if you can't produce. Simple as that. Honesty goes along way.

I would NOT recommend Benchmark to anyone.

If I could rate this company any lower I would. Charged me twice for the same service. They didn't know how to properly test the water the first time and lead levels were high. Now went back then second time and it was fine. DON'T HIRE THEM!!! Customer service was horrible and gave us the runaround when you try to discuss things peacefully. They spoke sarcastically when asking questions. Don't expect anybody there to treat you like a human being.
