As a local business owner and resident I figured my request to hold my keys after I broke down in their parking lot was a reasonable request for 1 hour until the tow truck came to tow it to one of my shops. It was crystal clear after interacting with the younger one that these office personnel are incredibly unorganized and they really don’t care to help anyone that comes through the door. After 10 mins of 3 ladies going back and forth with each other debating how to respond to me they came out and first told me some liability issue then after I quizzed them they quickly just said they just can’t do it with an obvious attitude.
If anyone comes to us asking something so simple in order to help out someone after they break down you better believe I will help them in such a simple way.
