Top Ridge Exteriors replaced the windows in our house and did a fabulous job. The sales rep was open honest and clear in most of our communication. The office staff kept me aware of the status of our project from order of windows to scheduling and confirmation of the install. The 2 installers were professional and kept the place clean as they went. They moved the project along quickly and the installed windows looked great. The follow up to check the windows to ensure no issues remained. I am very please with the staff and windows. My only recommendation is if changing for a single window to a double windows option to question the spacing between windows. Sadly one of the windows choose went from a single slider to a double angle window and went from 1/2” blocked view to a 8” blocked view. Not please with they and was never told there would be 8” space between the windows. I’ve had other windows with 2 windows ever to ea h other and only a small blocks view. This 8” blocked view drastically effect the view from my kitchen. That’s my only complaint…no detail about the amount of space that would be between the 2 windows.

Just had the 46 year old siding removed and replaced on our house by Ridge Top following the window installation. Juan and his team were fantastic. Very professional and detail oriented. They were in constant communication throughout the installation. Highly recommend!

Jeff was my window guy, Jaun my siding Forman, and Tyler was the project manager. Could not have asked for a better job. I am in the pre project phase right now but I will update once the project is finished. But I want to say Tyler and his co worker Steve and boss Nick are great. Most places after the estimate meeting don't go above and beyond like this team, i liked tyler right away he was knowledgeable on all the aspects of the project. He made me feel so at ease with all options. Now my credit isn't that great still working on it after covid, and we needed to get the siding on our house done it was about time after 40 years of the original siding. So I needed to get it appraised, this team was going above and beyond to help me get it financed. We finally got financed and now we are in the permission and permit phase. This team has made it easy to do the repairs to our home seamless. I never seen a company who has your back while your trying to get everything situated, they kept in contact. They make me feel like a person not just a job. I would recommend this company for all outter home needs, just for their customer service.

UPDATE-they finished the project it came out great, the house looks amazing better than I hoped. Juan and his crew worked hard and fast . If I had any question they explained it to me, they are great. And I would recommend this company to anyone thinking or wanting to fix. Up their home. Thank you ridge top.

Had a great experience with the crew from Ridge top. Here when they said they would be. Expressed exactly what they would be doing and didnt disappoint. Cleaned up after each day. I would definitely use them again or suggest them to friends and family.
